Objectives
- Calibrate pass / further-training judgements on borderline cases (technical + non-technical / CRM).
- Write assessment-quality notes using observable behaviours (competency / NOTECHS-style markers as used by the operator) and a further-training recommendation.
- Practise fair, standardised judgement — do not soften or harden criteria solely for experience level (SD29 v9.1 §10.3 paraphrased).
- Complete self-review against the TRI candidate completion checklist, including TEM/CRM instructional competence for the operational environment.
